We provide tax, accounting, support for QuickBooks, and consulting services to clients in and around Los Alamos and Santa Fe, NM as well as Lubbock and Amarillo, TX. 

Fees vary based upon the level of complexity of the work done and the time involved. 

Individual 1040 Tax services are provided at $160 per hour with a minimum fee of $320 for individuals and $480 for entity returns (1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041, 990) 

Monthly bookkeeping and payroll services are quoted based upon the work involved.

NM Gross receipts taxes are billed on all services.

For those individuals and businesses that need assistance on site, we do offer on site assistance.  One way travel time is billable to the client for each on-site meeting.

Yes, we can. We can prepare past year returns for income tax, both business and personal, payroll taxes, and GRT taxes. If your circumstances meet guidelines established by the taxing authorities, We may be able to help negotiate a reduction in taxes, interest, and penalties.  Each case is different and results vary.  But you need to act now.  The IRS is only obligated to issue refunds for the most recent three years worth of returns.  

Members of the staff have been using and supporting QuickBooks since 1997.  Not only do we use QuickBooks on a daily basis, we have supported hundreds of business using QuickBooks over the years. We have experience with QuickBooks Pro, Premier, Enterprise, QuickBooks Online, and QuickBooks for Mac.
